The interior has been designed, and refurbished, under the guidance of English Heritage and has been furnished to the highest standard to enhance the decor and to provide a comfortable atmosphere. |

Exceptional facilities
The out patient oncology unit comprises of five floors dedicated to providing the best medical care. On the upper floors, a number of well appointed consulting rooms allow the patient to meet with their consultant in privacy and comfort.Thereis a didicated reception area supporting the consulting rooms. The first floor is devoted to a large chemotherapy day care unit with day beds and reclining chairs.These spacious rooms provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. There is also room availableon this floor where minor surgical procedures can be carried out. The ground floor houses the main reception room and facilities for patient regestration and billing. The remainder of the ground floor is dedicated to the Patient Information and Support Center. The Harley Street Clinic Oncology Unit is fully aware of importance of the holistic approach to healing. Many patients feel they benefit from counselling and complimentary medicine. There is also a drop-in information library, providing a wide range of information leaflets, books and access to the internet. |

In patient care
The focus of Oncology Unit at 81 Harley Street Clinic.
The 17 bed oncology ward provides private accommodation with en-suite facilities.
Within this ward is a 5 bed immune suppressed unit which can be used for patients receiving high dose
chemotherapy treatment including bone marrow transplantation or a stem cell rescue procedure. |
