Home comforts
To make our patient as comfortable as possible, we go to great lengths to create a calm, reassuring atmosphere. We try to make the Clinic as much like home as we can - providing the comforts but removing the stress, so that patients can concentrate on getting better. As far as possible, we try to meet the needs and wishes of the individual. From special menus to flexible visiting times, we aim to give our patients as much choice as possible during their stay.
The food is excellent and menus can be prepared to suit special diets or particular preferences. Visitors are able to enjoy appetising fare either in the patient's room or in the Clinic restaurant, and our head chef is always happy to visit patients personally. Visiting hours are normally any time between 10 am and 10 pm, and parents whose children are in hospital are encouraged to stay overnight. The Clinic has a number of interpreters and can, with reasonable notice, provide assistance in almost every languages. |

Making contact
Most of our patients are referred by their GP to a consultant who in turn admits them to hospital. One of the benefits of private treatment is that patients, to some degree, have a choice of consultant. The pre-admission service allows you to visit the hospital to help lessen any anxieties you may have by meeting the clinic staff prior to your arrival. For patients who are covered by private health insurance we accept all the major schemes. We also accept payement by cheque and all major credit cards. Our administrative staff are pleased to advise on any aspect of admission and payment, and will do every thing possible to streamline the paper work. |
